Rainy Season Update

Summer is coming on hot and dry here in Oregon, but down in Haiti the rains are starting to fall. We've hired some new hands for the BonZeb team while the weather is right. The rainy season is the best time to plant new fields while there is plenty of water for the new sprouts. In the last year, we've tripled our planted fields. As the new starts take root, the old growth is towering. Elephant grass grows fast. Before long, it will be ready for harvest and transformation into charcoal.

The real estate search continues for the charcoal factory. We're looking for a site near the fields with room for growth. Eventually, we would like to add a formation center for training and a guest house to accommodate visitors. Hopefully, we can find somewhere with the same stunning views as the farm.
